Perfect companion on the scaffolding

Particularly lightweight, however stable and corrosion-proof, aluminim construction serves for convenient lifting and support on the scaffolds. The scaffold support plate enables fast hanging of the non-plasticized foam cutter on the scaffold.

Clever stand base system

The Alucutter is extremely slender and yet - due to a clever stand base system - extremely stable. The stand base is not only adjustable in height but also in width. The extended support surface ensures stability of the cutter which is needed for working with very large plates. On the other hand the thinner stand base is perfect for carrying the equipment or for working with standard plate sizes.

Cutting wedges out of rigid foam

With the slanted cutting device as otherwise found only in professional devices, wedges can be cut over the whole length of the non-plasticized foam slabs.

Optionally equipped with rechargeable battery

The Alucutter belongs to the professional foam cutters, which are compatible with lithium-ion battery system.

 

Low weight and high stability combined in one device

The Alucutter is an extremely lightweight cutting device which convinces despite low weight with high stability.         Plate support surface: 1,000 mm with limit stop ride on the left-hand side. Lateral support on the right-hand side. The clever height-and width-adjustable stand base.

STRAIGHT BLADES

Included in the delivery extent are straight blades of 150 and 200 mm. The Styrocutter can cut sheets to a thickness of 250 mm depending on used blades. For the production of precise grooves in different shapes optional square and round blades are available.

SLOT EDGE CUTTER

This set includes a square Slot Edge Cutter. The blades can be changed with just a few hand movements. A five-head key for blade changing is also included.

PLUG SOCKET CUTTER

The cutter enables the thermal bridge-free installation of plug sockets in insulated facades. The distance is adjustable from 10 mm to 80 mm depth. The drilling diameter is 67 mm.
